*english below* Nostrils piercen wir ausschließlich mit Stäben als Ersteinsatz. Der Knorpel heilt am besten, wenn wenig Druck auf ihn ausgeübt wird. We pierce nostrils exclusively with studs as first insert. The cartilage heals best when less pressure is applied to it.
